Hican Nuts

Hicans are hybrids between the hickory and pecan. As you may guess, the name is a combination of the two words. Hickories are among the slowest nut trees to begin to bear fruit. It takes from 8-10 years but the wait is worth it. The nuts retain the hickory flavor considered to be among the finest nut flavor and the buttery flavor is king.
